of your Member ID and Password, and for all information and activities
that occur under your Member ID and password.
1.4 Chinanics is authorized to share your information in free and
long term.
1.5 No robot programme can be used on the web site. Without the
permission of Chinanics, you can not monitor or copy the content
of the web site. Members will receive information by e-mail from
Chinanics regularly or irregularly.
1.6 You will take any civil or criminal responsibility arising from
your activities.
2. Chinanics will abide by the following principles:
a. Chinanics will respect its customers' copyright, patent, trademark,
trade secret or other proprietary rights and the right of privacy,
will not make public its customers' information unless it's authorized
by them or is required by laws and regulations.
b. Chinanics will not guarantee for any commodity information and

d. Chinanics reserves the right to revice this Agreement
3. Chinanics will issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely
suspend or terminate your membership if you:
a. breach this Agreement,
b. the information you provide is verified to be false,
c. your actions may violate any law or infringe the interests of
Chinanics and its customers.
4. Limitation of Liability. The liability of Chinanics is limited
to help enterprises to issue their information on the web site and
provide an on-line negotiation platform for them. Chinanics will
not be responsible or bear any legal liability for all the losses
or damages incurred by the information,products and services getting
on the web site.
